Being chased in a dream is a very frequent dream theme and is often the result of past experiences, memories or one of the numerous and varied responsibilities we face in our everyday lives.

One can compare being stalkedchased in a dream to the feelings we experience from being pressured and followed around by a nagging voice repeatedly reminding us of what has to be taken care of in our daily routines. Feeling chased can stem from the overwhelming responsibility of maintaining a healthy marriage, relationships, careers, workplace, work flow, family, and our financial responsibilities.

As though this weren't enough, to compound these mind blinding pressures with unpleasant past memories, new changes and guilt are our constant companions. The addition of health problems, fears, depression, anxiety that individually or together are overwhelming forces that can contribute to dreams of being chased.

Examples Of The Major Causes Of Dreams Of Being Chased--Although the list is extensive, the major causes for dreaming about being chased seem to be as a result of bad memories, unpleasant experiences, troubled marriages, relationships, undesirable working environments, unreasonable employers, financial problems, health problems, fear, anxiety and depression.

Although these are among the foremost causes of dreams of being chased, in dreams to be chased by a mob, groups, seen and unseen enemies, strangers, beasts or acts of nature also rank high in chase dreams.

Yet, knowing all the reasons that cause us to experience dreams of being chased, it is rare when a dream reveals to the dreamer the root cause of their particular chase dream experiences. This is because for the most part we dream in events, occurrences, signs, symbols and illusions. And because of this, the true reason for the dream is hidden and camouflaged in the dream itself.

In order to better understand your chase dreams, it is important to understand the meaning of the emotions the dreamer felt both during and after the dream ends and upon dreamer waking up. By understanding your emotions, the dreamer will better be able to dissect and unravel the real meaning of why the dreamer dreamt this type of dream.

This may partially be accomplished by learning how to recognize the clues: personality traits, action(s) in the dream by the dreamer and against the dreamer, in regards to emotional colors, what is spoken, read, what is depicted in body language and facial expressions all enhance more meaningful interpretations of your dream and what the dream meaning is for your life.

Additional Causes Of Dreams Of Being Chased-All dream experiences have meaning. Example: Being chased by a person or even an unseen beast, sound or entity represents an attack against you personally because of envy, jealousy or a selfish hidden agenda. In the same way, being chased by a person or unseen entity also represents that you are in some way being used by another through lies, illusion and deception for a selfish, personal or financial gain. The deception could be played out in the dream, masked with bits of truth mixed with lies toward excluding you from a group project, thereby taking you out of the loop sources of information.

Dreams of being chased by a wind represents a demonic attack out of control which is a dark hidden scheme emanating from the dark spirit realm of demons, the enemy of good people in the world perpetrated by another or others who show no self restraint in acting on the darker sides of their human nature. This kind of spirit world attack typically leaves the dreamer filled with fear, anxiety, hopelessness, deep depression and worries of falling into ruin they can do nothing to prevent.

The focus of this kind of demonic attack by others is to put the dreamer through a physical, emotional and psychological roller coaster in their lifestyles, personal identity, self esteem leaving them with financial stress, denial, pain, money problems, emotional trauma, separation, deep depression, panic, grief, sorrow and great disappointments.

A lot of people want to know how to beat anxiety without having to be on medication. People are becoming afraid to take medications to treat their anxiety because they have become so addictive. There are ways you can beat your anxiety without having to rely on prescriptions to do it. You can try several things until you find something that helps.

One technique that can help is to learn how to control your breathing during a panic attack. Anxiety attacks tend to make you breathe too fast. If you can learn how to control your breathing while you are having an anxiety attack you may be able to focus on your breathing enough to help the attack pass.

Exercise is a great way to burn off stress which can help to keep you from having attacks of anxiety. Stress is the key trigger in most anxiety attacks. If you feel yourself becoming stressed and you know a panic attack is not far behind then get away for a while.

If you happen to be at home with your family when it happens then just let your kids and spouse know that you need some time alone and go take a walk. Walk to a nearby park or walk around your neighborhood. Just keep walking until your mind is clear and the anxiety or stress is gone.

If you do have panic attacks you may want to avoid caffeine. Many people like to start their day off with a cup of coffee. You can still have coffee just switch to decaf. You can also try taking a shower first thing in the morning to get your day going.

If you have a husband and children you need to have time scheduled for yourself. This means that the kids and husband have to leave you alone during your scheduled time alone. You need the time to yourself to distress and get your thoughts together. You can do whatever you want as long as no one is bothering you while you do it.

Overcoming panic attacks can be a challenging issue for a lot of people who suffer from anxiety. Knowing what the symptoms are, such as difficulty breathing, nausea, shaking, and how to control them will put you on the path to cure anxiety and stop panic attacks for good. Carefully look at your emotions and what exactly you dislike about small and crowded spaces, and anything else that can set off your symptoms most often. Doing so allows you to deal with them more rationally and not give in to your emotions. Remember that the panic attacks treatment you use is only as effective as the way you use it.

You have to have a sense of when the attacks are coming based on how you feel in the moment. If you feel your hear beat going up, shallow breathing, sweating, and an overall feeling light-headed, it's time to calm yourself down before you experience another anxiety attack. A combination of deep breathing and positive self talk helps a lot in this situation.

Do you suffer from anxiety? You would experience this as a feeling of unease. All of us feel this from time to time in response to something stressful going on, but if your anxiety becomes excessive this is problematic.

Anxiety can become chronic or problematic, often, when there's an underlying mental health problem like depression. When anxiety becomes excessive, it lasts longer than normal and starts interfering with everyday life.

Sometimes anxiety can even cause physical symptoms. You may experience such troubles as diarrhea, chest pain, heart palpitations, and even shaking due to anxiety disorder.

You need to be seen by your doctor if you have any of those symptoms, or if you feel you have anxiety. Your doctor can tell you how to treat your condition so that you don't get worse. Here are some of the treatments that are available for anxiety:

Regular exercise. If you exercise daily, this generally will reduce your feelings of anxiety. Don't think you have to do hard workouts either, or be an athlete, for this to work. Even a 20 minute walk or gentle jog in the morning will help, and may eventually eliminate your anxiety.

Take medication as prescribed by your physician. Your physician knows when your anxiety may be helped with some medication. Common prescriptions include antidepressants. You'll feel less anxious and eventually you will start to recover. Always take the medications prescribed by your doctor in the correct dosage. If you experience side effects tell your doctor; do not stop taking the medication unless your doctor recommends you do so.

Deep breathing also can be helpful. If you take slow deep breaths, it helps you to relax and to clear you mind. It also greatly increases the oxygen in your body. It can even help correct chemical imbalances.

If you make it a point to do these things each day, your anxiety will dwindle and eventually disappear. There is no reason why you should continue to suffer the misery of crippling anxiety when it is unnecessary.

To conquer self defeating behaviour we need some form of order or path to follow. The A's are a good way of centering the behaviour and our thinking.

Acceptance

The more we deny or repress our affliction the worse it becomes, the more we try and run away from it the worse it gets.

Acceptance does not mean we agree or even like condone our affiliction, but we do ourselves a favour by stopping wishing things were different .

The more we do not want to have the affliction the more it sticks and the worse it becomes. By not accepting our affliction we make our mindset worse.

So it helps to slow the mind down by accepting the affliction, start to see the affliction as a challenge and not as a halt to the quality of our life.

Attitude

A negative attitude will keep us in a negative mode, as mentioned start to see that affliction as a challenge and not as some monster that beats you every time.

The SAS - Special air service Motto is "Who Dares Wins" we have to dare in order to face our affliction. We have to learn to muster up courage, remember courage is not about being fearless, but more about going into a situation with the mouth dry, the hands shaking and the heart beating like hell, but still doing it. So attitude is important, a sense of "This is not going to beat me". Regardless of our situation, whether that be, being dumped, panic attacks, shyness, it is the negative attitude that keeps us from having a good quality of life.

See your affliction as a challenge.

Action

If we think the same, react the same, want the same, expect the same, act the same, do the same, need the same , think the same, say the same, then we will FEEL the SAME!

We need action in order to transcend our problems. The simple answer is to practice opposites.

How do we practice opposites? By learning to undo the self defeating behaviour. The word is "Learning" We could try to see our affliction as a challenge and learn to over come it a day at a time. There is no rush, easy does it.

Action starts when we open our eyes in the morning, our attitude and action will decide what sort of day we have.

It is better to move forward an inch than to stay stagnant - So do what you can today to face your affliction.

Awareness

Become aware that courage is not something outside of ourselves, but an attitude.

Become aware that you have to practice opposites in order to beat the affliction. In short if you do the opposite of yourself defeating behaviour patterns, then you will recover.

Application

Apply your plan or action to your daily routine. Do not just read something and think that is a good idea! Apply and action.

Think about keywords that will spur you on such as C.H.A.N.G.E. - G.N.A.T. - S.T.I.N.G.O. - B.E.E. - W.A.S.P. - F.L.Y. - A.N.T.

Avoidance

The more you avoid the places or the reality of your situation, the more you will stay the same. We have to nuture courage to face our problems or to accept being dumped or such like.

An Agoraphobic will not get over Agoraphobia by staying indoors, someone who has been dumped in a relationship will not get over it by staying indoors and diving into self pity or disbelief. We have to face reality and that is either by action or by accepting the situation, remember the opposite of acceptance is a 'spin dryer mind'!

So a lot of a little instead of little of a lot when it comes to recovery, face it an inch at a time, do it slowly and not in a hurried manner.

Allow

Allow yourself not to be perfect

Allow yourself to make mistakes

Allow yourself not to know all the answers

Allow yourself to have quality time

Allow yourself to give yourself compliments

Allow yourself to recover (You are worth it)

Allow other people to be what they are (If your happiness depends on what other people say or do you are going to be miserable for the rest of your life) Let them be as they are for your sanity.

Allow yourself to be angry at times (Do not let it go into full blown resentment)

Most people don't like to be alone. Most are afraid of loneliness, especially because we know that at some point in time most people spend time alone for one reason or another.

Sometimes one is alone because a husband or wife dies. Maybe the kids move out, or go to college. Relationships break up. All of these difficult situations are challenging, but they are fixable. How? It is important to be satisfied with yourself. If you like yourself and are happy alone, then being alone won't be so scary.

This is hard to accept for many people. We need to be able to enjoy our activities for the activity itself. Too often we depend on other people for our enjoyment. We feel like if we can't do something with another person, share the experience, we are disappointed. It is like the telling of a story.

If you have a story to tell, but no one to tell it to, the story is useless and empty. Thinking this way is dangerous, and also isolating because people become desperate to have someone to share things with.

Sharing experiences and stories is positive but should not be required. If you enjoy doing something for yourself, this is the key to independence. This will allow you to fully experience the activity, and feel fully about what you are doing.

When you are able to enjoy things on your own, no one can take this away from you. You will always be able to remember this good time also. This is the key to true independence. You'll find that you are happier and stronger as a result, regardless of your circumstances.

Basically, we need to learn to be comfortable with ourselves. This can be hard, and can seem morbid or depressing. It's not a negative, however. If we can enjoy things ourselves, this doesn't mean we can't also share them.

In fact, you will have a better time sharing experiences with others if you can learn to enjoy experiences on your own first.

Marriage is one of the bedrocks of our society. It shows everyone that a couple is united, and brings families together.

Marriage is one of the bedrocks of our society. It shows everyone that a couple is united, and brings families together.

Generally, it also is the start of a new family, as you and your spouse have children together. This is often a tough thing to manage. The responsibility of kids, together with the daily grind from work, can make it hard to attend to the emotional health of the relationship.

No one has a love that is the same all the time. Love ebbs and flows. This is normal. It's also affected by everything else going on in your life. If you are smart, you can track the symptoms of love fading so you can see it happening hopefully before it is too late. Here are three signs to watch for:

1. Telling lies to your spouse. White lies are still lies, and lies about harmless small things are still lies. The problem is, the basis of your marriage is trust. If you start lying, this erodes the trust which is the basis for your bond.

White lies can be especially pernicious. Often we start with a white lie that we told for a 'good reason,' to avoid hurting someone. But then it makes it that much easier to lie again in the future. You can start to tell bigger and bigger lies before you even realize it is becoming an issue.

2. Lots of arguments over small things. Every couple will argue sometimes. It isn't the argument that is the problem per se. If you are arguing frequently, though, this is troubling, especially if you are arguing about silly little things that you wouldn't have argued about months back. This shows a reduction in tolerance for your spouse.

When you argue, you can start to feel angry and frustration also. You need to keep them in check, because if you really let fly and say and do hurtful things this will damage your marriage.

3. Physical intimacy is rare. If you and your spouse are very rarely intimate or passionate about one another, this is a warning sign. Love leads to intimacy. If there is no longer any intimacy in the relationship, then you can be fairly sure that love is probably fading away.

These indicators can help you to maintain the health of your marriage. Check in every so often to see whether they are showing up in your life, and if they are take steps to repair your bond quickly.

Anger is a social issue which is revealing great concern among a large number of people nowadays. Maybe that is because it is a problem which can affects all generations, races, communities. In fact, anger has the ability to affect anybody without prejudice.

It is of great concern to those who have to live with anger every day. Anger not only concerns the person affected but also all those they come into contact with daily. Because it is such a very important social issue in society today, people are continuously striving to develop programs to help those affected by anger-related issues.

Reading anger management articles can be beneficial to those affected by anger. There are different types of anger management articles, different in that they target specific groups such as teenagers, adults, men, women, couples, families and other social groups affected by anger.

These articles are meant to be informational; empowering individuals with useful knowledge regarding the problems of dealing with anger, anxiety, frustration and aggression. With guest writers and specialists in the area of anger management, these articles are packed full with interesting details and effective tools that people can take home and use to transform their feelings of anger into healthy, normal feelings.

Reading an anger management article can provide a person with an opportunity to acquire new knowledge on anger management, which may in turn provide some relief; a chance for people struggling with daily feelings of anger, rage and frustration to find hope and encouragement. This would not only allow a victim or his friends/family to find some hope, but it would also provide them a chance to understand that others also face similar problems. Sharing personal problems may help people to own up to their problem and perhaps discover underlying causes for their anger and frustration.

A large part of helping an individual get through anger-related issues is support. Assuring the person that they have people to count on, people who will stand by them no matter what may arise, this is extremely relevant to people who are fighting daily to overcome problems with anger. Encouragement is also important. Encouraging the individual to attend support group meetings, talk to a counsellor or read an anger management article may make a huge difference in their treatment.

Yes, society appears to have a massive problem with violence, aggression, frustration and anger but, society is also attempting to create anger management programs to help decrease this sociological problem. Providing anger management certified people to work in public places such as schools, corrections, mental health centres, society is proving that they are concerned. Apart from visiting counsellors, doctors and treatment clinics, people can also attend anger management courses and consult anger management articles and books

These opportunities are available to people who are serious about making positive changes in their lives, it certainly would be in their best interest to accept the chance. Reading anger management articles might be the turning point for an individual. If the article is effective in reaching just one person and making positive changes to their life and the lives of those around them, it was certainly worth writing.
